     Why?

We want to keep our books and resources as affordable as possible for families and teachers.  We also want to continue to provide free information and advice, especially on the topics of understanding Autism, inclusive education and bullying.  However, because Learn to be Buddies has grown so much, we can't continue doing this without your support.

      Our Mission

The mission of Learn to be Buddies is to empower parents and teachers as they educate and support children of all abilities - with a special focus on Autism.  Amanda Gray, a special edcucation teacher and University lecturer, is developing picture books, DVDs, songs and information resources to:

  1. Promote Ability Awareness - that is, promoting understanding of disabilities and helping children of all abilities to reach their potential
  2. Build social skills so children of all abilities can develop friendships, feel safe and have a sense of belonging
  3. Provide families and teachers with practicial ideas and links to relelvant services and supports.

There are three different ways you can become a sponsor.  You can join our directory listing, sponsor an information sheet, or be featured for one month in our newsletter, on our blog and home page.  You can find details of pricing below... get in early to take advantage of our specials.

Every month we release an information article written for parents and teachers to our newsletter subscribers.  Click here for an example.

If you sponsor an information article, it will be made freely available on our website and publicised through our networks.  Your link and logo will appear on the article as a sponsor.

$40 for businesses

Once you have decided on which one of these options you would like to pursue, contact us

If there is anything further you would like to know, please ask.  Otherwise, let us know which option you have chosen, and identify whether you want to pay by Pay Pal, direct deposit or by cheque.  Amanda will then send you an invoice.... and you have become a Learn to be Buddies sponsor!
